I was connected to the Nicholas Ryan Team through Redfin and met with Natasha. My goal was to buy a home as close as possible to Lake Michigan and we started focusing on Edgewater. In the summer of 2020 we found a building I fell in love with, which has private beach access for residents of that condo building only. Natasha reached out to numerous owners in the building, but no one wanted to sell.
