We were very lucky to have Lauren as our realtor! I should mention that my partner and I were first time home buyers when Lauren was our realtor. On top of that, not only were my partner and I trying to purchase a house in Dallas during an intense seller's market but because of where he was going to be employed, we were also primarily interested in buying in an area (particularly new construction in the area) that was and still is considered a "hot" market. Basically during the time we were actively looking (from early November to late December 2021), every newly built house that was advertised for sale in our area of interest was taken off the market in a matter of days - that just shows you how difficult it was to buy a home in Dallas during this time. However, by late December, we were able to get a house we really wanted. And we have Lauren to thank for that! Lauren is very knowledgeable about the Dallas area and because of her extensive experience in the business, she is familiar with the appropriate amount to offer on a house in a given neighborhood. She provided us with sound guidance and advice through every step in the process. She was a great advocate for us throughout the entire home buying experience and especially during the closing process, ensuring that the seller would make the house habitable by the time we were supposed to move in. She was also very responsive to my emails, texts, and phone calls. I reflect back on our home buying experience and realize how lucky we were to have been able to purchase a home we are really happy with in a relatively short period of time when there were major things working against us: being first time buyers and attempting to buy in a high-demand area during an insane seller's market. We have Lauren to thank for our success!

My family and I have worked with Lauren since 2016 in the sale of multiple properties in Dallas and the surrounding areas.
