We cannot say enough good things about David. David is extremely knowledgeable about the market, priced our house just right, and marketed it very well, as evident when it sold in only one day. Then he found us the absolute perfect house to buy, better than anything we could have imagined. He listened to everything we wanted in a new home, and because of this we got everything we were looking for and more. He didn't show us anything outside our price range; he stayed very true to our price point and the areas we wanted to live in (and avoid). David's advice on the price to offer for the new house was spot on. The sellers accepted our bid immediately, and evidently had denied other bids prior. On top of this, with David's exceptional negotiation skills the seller agreed to fix the one major thing that appeared in the inspection. The entire process for both selling and buying a home was a shockingly smooth and stress-free experience. After having dealt with other Realtors, David is by far the best we've had the pleasure of working with. He was very personable and far more efficient than most people we deal with daily. Any time we called or e-mailed David (which we did A LOT), he responded within minutes. We would definitely utilize David's expertise again, and would most definitely refer him to anyone buying or selling a home.
