As a first time homebuyer, I knew, quite literally, nothing of the home buying process. With my best interest in mind, Chelsea took the time to sit down with me and make sure to know exactly what I wanted so that we could find me the perfect home. Chelsea went above and beyond to be prepared, on time, and available for any communication I needed. Which was a lot as a very inexperienced client. I cannot recall a time where she didn't answer my phone call or did not return it immediately. This was invaluable to me in an overwhelming process, such as a first time home purchase. And on top of all this, she went out of her way to make sure I was protected from any outside agency looking to take advantage of a "newbie," like myself. She was very involved and invested in every milestone. She took me to dozens and dozens of houses, never making me feel rushed or pressured. She would even take the time to educate me on what homebuyers look for during showings, things I would have never thought to do on my own. I wanted something very specific for my needs, and also had a very limiting factor in price range, so she definitely had her work cut out for her. She never made me feel like what I wanted was unobtainable. Even in this crazy Colorado market. And in the end, she did it! She found me my dream home, and fought hard to get it for me. And I couldn't be happier. And because of all of this, I had to take the time to write this review and tell anyone who is looking for an agent that you won't find anyone more dedicated to helping you buy or sell a home. Thank you Chelsea, my home is awesome!

My husband and I were first time homebuyers in a very changeable market and Chelsea was recommended to me by a friend who had just moved from out of state. She was a complete dream to work with. She invited us to a house buying 101 class that she teaches for free in her spare time, that was very informative. She tailored our timeline incredibly well based on how much time we had on our lease, and was always supportive of our wants and needs. She taught us a lot of things while house hunting so that we knew things to look for. She would also let us know if there was something she suspected was wrong with the house. After we decided to make an offer on a house, she worked quickly to allow us to see it again before we made an offer (since one of us was sure but the other wasn't) and that allowed us to make an offer quickly. She walked us through all of the contracts and after the offer was made, she was an incredible partner. We could tell she negotiated actively for us because we received every consession that we asked for. She responded to every question that we had promptly and at all times of day. She made buying our first home an easy process that we were both confident in. Not to mention, we really hit it off with her, she was fun and a joy to be with while doing every step of the process. I would recommend Chelsea to anyone, from my closest family members, professional friends at work, to a random person I met at the store. If you go to Chelsea, she will take care of you!
