We are SO LUCKY as 1st time home buyers to have George as our guy. Let me tell you what kind of agent George Guarino is...We came all the way from hectic Los Angeles expecting to find an aggressive and fast talking real estate agent that's looking out for their best interest. I, myself, have been in field sales for 20+ years so I know what hot buttons words and tactics to look out for...My fiance and I drove by a place and called the number at 7pm. George called me back immediately and setup an appointment for us to take a look the very next morning. That in it of itself isn't jaw dropping but what he didn't tell us was he had to go to the ER before he showed us the house but he was still punctual, professional and patient with us. Kept his composure and answered all of our questions. As we were discussing the house, he offered to show us a few more places (options are always a buyer's best friend) so I knew he wasn't trying to make a quick sell, even though he knew we loved the place. As you can imagine, being in a new state and also 1st time home buyers... we had a TON of questions. So, we'd make a list of questions throughout the day to ask him all at once BUT before we called... he'd either text or call us FIRST. He's always behind the scenes working for us and he made us feel like he's on our side. Whether if it's dealing with HOA people or the sellers themselves, we could always count on George to handle business before we even asked. Long story short, that house I mentioned above is now OURS! From that 1st day we met George until a minute ago when he dropped the keys into our hands IT TOOK SEVEN DAYS!!!!!!!! Did u hear me? 7 days. Listen, we've already closed on the house and moved in. I gain NOTHING by exaggerating or embellishing my real estate experience with George. He really is the real deal. Integrity, knowledgeable, reliable, accountable and most importantly friendly. It's truly a pleasure and a blessing to work with Mr. Guarino.Kevin and Angela.
