Kim was the absolute best realtor a homebuyer could ask for. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what the process was like, what the terms meant, how offers worked, almost none of it at all. Kim was very patient and explained everything to us (sometimes multiple times if we didnt understand) and was easy to get ahold of, whether over text, phone calls, or in person. The market in Denver and surrounding areas are absolutely chaotic right now, but Kim was patient with all of the houses that we wanted to see and offers we wanted to put out. We had an offer that was accepted and came back with a bad inspection, leading us back to the drawing board, which thankfully led us to another house that we loved significantly more. Kim went above and beyond, talking us up to different sellers and making the personal connection to truly highlight who we were as a couple, apart from just someone submitting an offer (which was a reason the sellers chose us!). I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase property, she was absolutely incredible and we are beyond thankful for having her!
