Stacy is a wonderful realtor. She is top rate in everything she has advised, completed, and referred to me (from the mortgage broker to the realtor I am using for my primary home move). She has helped me tremendously and was there every step of the way. She gave me time to learn about all the different resorts but gently coaxed me to the ones she knew would be good as a vacation rental and investment. I don't think I could have done it better with anyone else. She was accurate and precise with everything and handled a very difficult situation with the sellers and the seller's agent who are VERY old school with ease. Stacey is new school all the way :-)!! Stacey helped me find a condo in Hawaii while I was miles away in Chicago and it was like having Ohana on the islands helping me out. My dream come true has happened and I can't wait for the many years of happy renters!!

I contacted Stacey to inquire about a Letter of Opinion that I wanted regarding a Time Interval that I own at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. She was very helpful even though it was immediately clear that I would not be a customer since she did not participate in time share sales. Regardless, she spent a significant amount of time with me, explaining the data that she was going to send, how to review it and what to look for. She listened carefully to my questions and if she was unable to assist me, referred me to professionals in the field with whom she had previously worked or had high opinions of through her years of in the industry. I found the opinions and recommendations she made to be sound and worthwhile. She was polite, enthusiastic and did not talk down to me though it was clear that I was untutored in the business at hand. It may sound silly but her vocabulary was fun, using words like "plethora" and "clever" which, as a general rule, are non-existent in conversations these days. I felt I was talking to someone who was devoted to helping others, educated and who knew her business. I will definitely call her again should I have any realtor needs in the future.
