We met Gabrielle at an open house in early November and connected over mid-century modern design in our first conversation. We had been "window shopping" for a new home for a few years, but had no plans to purchase. A few days after we met, a house came up that we just had to see. We called Gab and set up a walk through next day. Within two weeks we had a contingent offer accepted on a new house and our house officially on the market. After Two back to back open houses over Thanksgiving weekend we were reviewing 9 offers to purchase our existing home. It was crazy and fast, and through it all, down to the final signing and moving, Gabrielle was always responsive and supportive. She spent time to get to know both of us, understanding and working with our different personalities and needs. She brought the tools and experience to help us successfully and quickly buy and sell our homes - over the holidays at that! Through the stresses of the negotiations, prepping our house for sale, inspections, and other unknowns, she was a pro with a personal touch. Two months ago we connected with a broker by chance. Today we have a new friend.

first time home buyer here, what an experience! i LOVE the home i'm in and can say 100% that its because of gabrielle. i can't say enough good things about gabrielle but i'll try to give it a try. on first meet she's shiny, happy, professional, and informative. she took me through the home buying process and answered all of my questions. even from the start i never felt overwhelmed and when i reached out with questions, she responded promptly. during the process, gabrielle learned my likes and dislikes and gave advice without bias. i actually initially passed on looking at the house i'm in love with but she convinced me to give it a peek! once it came time to make an offer, she accurately estimated what the offer should be to give me a solid chance without spending every $ i had saved up. i never felt pressured, and through the negotiating process she saved me money i didn't even know could be requested. i'm so grateful for her services (it also helps that she's a wonderful person and made the process really fun!) Honest, hard working and extremely talented are just a few of the many fantastic ways Id talk about working with Gabrielle if I was going to recommend her to a family member, friend or anyone who asked. Before working with Gabrielle, I was under the belief that residential real estate agents were a complete waste of time and the industry was corrupt and in need of dramatic innovation. Id had a completely miserable experience with a Realitor, who gave bad advice, was lazy and had charged me an incredible fee for nothing. Well, Gabrielle was the complete opposite. She looked out for our interest first, put her heart in the transaction and was a true partner. Took risk and DELIVERED!
