Jerry was very helpful throughout the buying process. I never felt pressured to make a decision- always felt like Jerry had our best interests in mind.He set up an appointment with a great home inspector who helped us avoid major costly repairs right after purchase. Numerous problems that weren't obvious from the outside were found before it was too late: orangeburg sewer lines, improper heating lines, etc. Jerry was always very responsive and helped us go from viewing to closing in 40 days (not that you should always expect that- this did require everyone involved to stay on the ball). I didn't leave him with much opportunity to negotiate due to a very tight time-frame and limited options on the market.I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone searching for a house in the SE Michigan area.
