John Carr diligently helped me in finding a home in Aiken County for my daughter and her two small children. The property was in need of some repair, but the price was right, and it is now a beautiful home with which we are extremely happy. John is one of the most conscientious professionals with whom I have ever done business of such a serious nature. He has been ever attentive and responsive to a barrage of questions, even after closing, while never once showing impatience or officiousness. I contacted a number of Realtors on Zillow. Some returned my phone calls, or emails. Most did not. I work nights, so when I contacted John Carr he actually sent me a email that night! I called him the next day and we set to meet. My wife had wanted a female realtor but I convinced her of his professionalism over the phone and we gave John a try. Best decision we made throughout this whole process! Not only did he NOT try to sell something we did want or need, his knowledge of not only local homes, but he has actual experience in buying and selling his own properties was invaluable. We did not see any homes on the market that meet our expectations. We decided to build. John was very much a integral part of this process. My assets and interests felt safe and protected the entire time. I cannot count the number of times I called with small question about the house or contract. He always answered or found out the correct answer and got back to me in a timely manner. John Carr single handedly changed my concept and perception of Realtors in general.
