I contacted Jenna thru Zillow. As i was relocating back to my hometown after being gone 45 years. I didnt know anyone here to help me well, i have to say, she was MORE than amazing and helpful. Just wonderful anytime i had questions, she was right there to respond instantly . Her communication with me, thru my whole process, was priceless. She was so knowledgeable on any questions i had. She even helped me close on my other home out of state. Huge huge HUGE help !! I literally left it all up to her ! When i found where i decided to buy, again, she viewed everything with me, and even came with me, for advice and second opinion on choosing items for my new home. She checked on the building process for me, while i was gone few months. Then i closed ! Nov 15 th . It was a miserable day to drive downtown by myself. I asked her to try for my closing in their office instead of downtown. And lo and behold, she made it happen !!! Amazing ! Took the anxiety away !! My advice to anyone reading this, i didnt know Jenna at all prior to my first email message. She is a very loyal, hardworking, get things done, lady !, she will work for you in whatever you ask of her. All with a wonderful pleasant demeanor. Trust her !! You will have the best experience in buying or selling with Jennas help in your process !!
