The Remington Team was amazing to work with. I feel so lucky to have been able to benefit from Barry and Cassies expertise, skill, attention and care in buying my new place. I could elaborate on each of those dimensions --expertise, skill, attention and care-- but I want to spotlight the last, especially. I was kind of a nervous nellie, and also a little uncertain about what I wanted. They worked so patiently with me, really taking time to get a sense of who I was, where I was in life, and what my priorities and values were. They used that personal understanding to help me choose just the right home. They also loved me up when I got stressed out and made the whole process painless. So I cant recommend them highly enough - they bring together everything you need in relation to these huge choices we make in buying and selling homes.

My wife and I purchased a house in Boulder in June 2022. This was an extremely hard market for buyers, especially first time buyers like ourselves.Barry and Cassie were wonderful to work with during the process. They were always available and easy to get a hold of via text, phone call, or email. They worked to get us showings for any and all houses we wanted to see and at least one of them was always there personally for the walkthroughs. They were extremely knowledgeable about the Boulder/Superior/Louisville area, answered all of our questions, and always pointed out things during showings that we would have otherwise missed.With their experience over the years, they had good relationships with many of the selling agents and worked seemingly nonstop, feeling out what kind of offer it would take to get that particular house. In the end they always listened to what we wanted and worked hard to get us there. Any contract question or change that came up, they walked us through it and made time to talk through any concerns we had.We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a house in the greater Boulder area. Hopefully they are still around the next time we need a house!
