I recently sold my condo working with Dan Root and Wisdom Real Estate. This is the second time I have worked with Dan and have come to rely that he will get the job done while preserving my goals and objectives throughout the process. Wisdom Real Estate created and posted an excellent 3D virtual walk through of the condo that allowed buyers to view the property online and develop interest. Dan was great at communicating with everything that I needed to do as well as providing sound advice on items such as listing price and countering any buyer objections. I received an offer for the asking price within one week and could not be more pleased with how smooth everything went. I highly recommend working with Dan Root and Wisdom Real Estate as they are friendly, professional, and a very capable team.

Jeremy was extremely instrumental in helping us buy our first home. He is a savvy negotiatior, he knows the industry, and he is great at focusing on aspects of a home you're looking for, allowing you to not waste any time looking at irrelevant properties. He's a joy to talk to, as well. He helped us navigate a very short close window and negotiate to get a fantastic deal, shrewdly outbidding others. He also helped us navigate some unfortunate difficulties seller's side, which made us feel confident and allowed us to stick up for ourselves. When he was out of town and we super-last minute expressed interest in a house, he had us meeting with a colleague within hours despite being states away. Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone, especially first time homebuyers. Jeremy and Wisdom will treat you right.
