I was visiting from overseas to search for acreage property in the Gorge and with Dan and Kathy Huntington's help was able to find the right property and close the deal. Dan and Kathy Huntington were able to answer my questions and find detailed answers to questions they didn't immediately have answers for.I was coming from far away on a very different time zone and as a team they are able to provide excellent communications with speedy response followup and work with my time zone challenges. After my initial visit aEUR" we closed the deal remotely with a tight deadline but it all worked smoothly thanks to their help.Most of my face to face time was with Dan and it seems like he knows everybody in the area and can tell you the history and local knowledge relating to most of the properties in the area. Several of the parcels I inquired about he had previously sold tens of years ago so he's been around for a while and is the right person to talk to if you are interested in property in the gorge.Dan and Kathy did everything they said they would do and more aEUR" my experience with them definitely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anybody searching for that special property.

Dan and Kathy diligently and congenially assisted us in the processes of identifying an appropriate property, in completing the myriad details entailed in submitting offers, in the carrying out inspections, and in the arranging for closing documents. During these processes they kept in close contact with us by phone and email regarding new listings, and they spent many hours in person, taking us to various homes and properties in the Washington Gorge. They worked with us over several months to find our new home. On several weekends, this involved full days of touring homes and land. Kathy and Dan were always attentive and responsive, quickly incorporating their expertise regarding real estate, and their extensive knowledge regarding Gorge properties. Since we were looking and buying from out of state, Dan and Kathy went the extra mile to do the legwork and communication needed for the completion of a relatively complex transaction.
