Trish helped me buy my first home. Having never purchased a home before I have to admit the process had me overwhelmed, frightened and intimidated until I met with Trish. She immediately calmed my nerves. Her expertise, organization and ability to hear my needs and instruct me step by step made the home buying process very pleasant. She found my house for me (which ended up being a short-sale) and through the short-sale process would call me every so often to see if I wanted to go by and "pet" my house. We would go by and she would see how in love I was with it. She respected what I wanted at all times. Trish will listen to your needs and not try to convince you to compromise or settle for anything outside of your goals. Whenever something needed to be done Trish was on it. If we needed a contractor, inspector or anything outside of her line of work she had a contact if I needed one....and I did! I WILL be using Trish again and I recommend her to all of my friends and family. Trish is a very special person who takes her job seriously and was not just my realtor through the home buying process. She became a part of our family. On closing day she was with me and all my tears of JOY :)
