Chris is awesome! He helped us navigate our first home purchase and eased our stress throughout the process, especially through the craziness of today's market. He's extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions at all hours of the day.Though outside his main service area, Chris made himself available to show us homes all around the Bay Area until we found a place we could call home. During each home visit, he pointed out different aspects of the home we should be mindful of and quickly followed up with other agents whenever we had questions about a home. It was clear that his goal was to ensure that we knew everything we needed to in order to make informed decisions. Chris cares deeply for his clients and will not stop until he can get them in a home that meets all their needs. I want to give a special thank you to our realtor Chris Barrera for helping us find our first home. I had a lot of requirements that needed to be met. Had to be a good neighborhood, 2k square footage and up, 4 bedroom, big backyard, up to date, and an easy drive to Jills business in Monterey. Chris not only made it easy narrowing down the options to find the perfect home, but he made sure we got the best deal possible. More importantly, he has his own team assembled that helped make the home buying process way too smooth and easy. From Jacob who processed our home loan, to Art who did our home inspection, everything was a breeze and done in the most cost effective way. Last but not least, he even rented us the Uhaul and helped us move afterwards!
