When I was relatively new to the city (2004), Roger Morris was recommended to me by a colleague when I was in the market for a home. I knew little about the local market and also didn't really know my way around. Over a period of weeks Roger carted me around looking at places and was very candid and honest when he thought something wasn't right. He put my interest above his right from the start.Fast forward 11 years (almost to the day) and Roger and I just closed on my condo sale. We had stayed in touch and he had been available to asses the sales opportunity every time I had the impulse to sell (which was about every year!).When it came tim to sell, my sale was complicated due to a condo-wide construction project. There was lots of details and plenty of anxiety, all of which Roger understood and helped me with (both the real estate concerns and the life ones.)The greatest compliment I can give is thus: after a year plus of dealing with contractors and construction ad various entities that changed plans, created problems or simply were not helpful, I needed someone competent and strong and willing to work for me.Roger made a commitment to me that we would sell my home (despite real challenges) and he kept that commitment. I needed this sale to happen to move on with my life and Roger made it happen.He is a caring, thoughtful, committed person who knows what it means to work hard for the benefit of his client. He also has many ties to people in the industry who can help (his escrow person was also fabulous).I don't offer unqualified praise easily. Roger has earned it.
