INCREDIBLE REALTOR & ADVISOR! Capitol Hill expert, looks out for his buyers/sellers, insightful. Roger has been an incredible guide for this first-home time buyer who has no home buying experience whatsoever, a thing for analyzing numbers and pros/cons, and an intense travel work schedule no less (read: challenging customer!) I am very grateful I was able to find Roger through USAA. He led me through all the details of finding a lender (all of them); working on the best interest rate; finding a new lender when USAA was being very challenging (Lysa Caitlin is outstanding - Roger has a strong network); working great with me, his team, and the sellers team when the place I found needed unexpected repair work (water heater in condo above mine exploded and caused water damage a couple floors down), simplifying the complexities during this 6 week wait, and ensuring a thorough inspection. He explained every little question I had with great insight, honesty, and opinions whenever I needed them while letting me make the decisions I thought best.I could not have found such a great place where so few are available were it not for his knowledge of this market and his strong personal relationships in the area - a great advantage you want..He sent me daily listings with feedback specifically tailored to me, didnt add extra fluff while giving all the details I wanted, went on 3 rounds of home-hunting trips across the city until I found a couple great prospects, stepped me through the FULL process (repeating several steps for this bewildered first-time buyer...inspection, title, buying down points, appraisal, escrow), gave helpful insight on upgrades in question, advised through fair negotiations, show me and my dad the place more than he needed during the repair work which I was grateful to check out, pinged in gentle needed ways when I was overwhelmed at work, found the ways to communicate that worked best for me for individually tailored support, and was detailed and very responsive through every step of the more complex condo repair/upgrade process. I can use all the minor home upgrades and decorating advice I can get - Im grateful for his countless invaluable tips Ive needed beyond the business. This is a significant life decision - my first home since finishing school and military service at last - and I could not have found a better realtor.
