We contacted Travis regarding a foreclosure home we saw on the internet. He answered immediately and advised us that the home already had several offers on it and that we would need to make an offer immediately if we wanted to be in the running to be able to purchase the home. Travis advised us on the condition of the home since we were not in the area. He even went to the home, right away, and took complete videos. I feel that his negotiating skills and knowledge on how to negotiate on, foreclosures, specifically helped our bid on the home to be accepted. Travis went above and beyond during and after our purchase, advising us on what contractors we could contact for different things we wanted to do to the home.
