Alexis Halmy has been our Realtor since 2009. She's been awarded a "5-Star" rating by Portland Magazine for four years in a row, and it's no surprise to me why. She's highly knowledgeable, professional, sharp and energetic, but she's also warm, patient, humorous and always at your side when you need her. I can't tell you how many times she helped my husband and I out during our home buying transactions, including patiently showing us an endless list of properties until we found what we wanted, writing up detailed explanations of inspection findings so we'd understand them, negotiating on our behalf so we get the best home price possible, and of all things -- she even cooked me up a large pot of delicious chicken soup when I was sick during one of our home buying forays. Now that's what I call a Souper Realtor!
