Alexis is profoundly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. She guided me through every step of the immense process and made things very clear as we went along.When we found the home that I eventually purchased, Alexis acted fast and put our offer instantly. It really felt like she moved mountains to make sure that I had the absolute best chance of closing on my dream house. Ms. Halmey was both simultaneously selling and buying a home for me, a process that can be especially stressful. Throughout the entire process she essentially held my hand throughout each step of the way. She listened and provided thoughtful input when needed. At times she made sure I was doing what I needed to do and was always available when need be. I always felt she had my best interests in mind and there is no doubt Ms. Halmey is diligent and hard working often responding to my emails late at night. Additionally she actually assisted me in completing various jobs my house required in order to sell and essentially worked beyond her job description. Once she had earned her commissions on both houses, her work did not stop, nor did she wash her hands of this client. She continued to provide assistance regarding various subsequent issues that arose no matter how minute and always seemed to work through any especially stickey issue that arose. Buy and selling homes these days seems more complicated than ever. I have sold and purchased 10 homes (5 of each) and all the minutia that is now involved can be mind-boggling, yet Ms. Halmey always seemed on top of any situation and made what needed to happen, happen. I would heartily recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy or sell a home. Ms. Halmey is a consummate professional who has earned her stripes.
