We chose Alexis because she sold our neighbors house in one day for more than the asking price. She started working with us a year before our sale day, helping us decide which areas of the house we needed to upgrade and which we could ignore. She recommended contractors that did the work for us. When it came time to sell, we were a good team deciding the asking price. She rolled out a strong marketing campaign that yielded a solid offer within two days, followed shortly by another higher offer. She negotiated an equitable price $6,000 above the asking price and we signed a contract. She helped us over the various real-estate bumps in the road that appeared as the process moved along, negotiating with the wisdom of many years in the business. She recommended good contractors to do the work required by the inspection. She was there when the appraiser walked through the house, making sure the appraiser had all the information about improvements made on the house and speaking to the appraiser in a helpful way about comparable home sales. She was there when we signed our final documents. In short, Alexis was there when ever needed. She was very responsive. She knows her business. This sounds crazy, but you would have to be nuts not to hire her if you want to sell your home quickly and for a good price.
