Alexis was the perfect agent for us-- a young couple purchasing their first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process, very responsive and quick, and logical/realistic in helping guide us through this competitive house market and move us through the risks of skipping an inspection/waiving an appraisal to nail down the deal (which ultimately landed our dream home). She went out of her way to find out additional information about the house and even got preliminary quotes on a possible home extension. She was more than willing to see a house multiple times with us, which we felt very comforted in. Her communication was excellent in the most important stages of buying and her attitude was extremely outgoing/positive which matched well with our personalities. It was nice to work with someone on the younger side too, who understood our taste, generation, and approach to investments. We trusted her judgment and ability to close a deal for us completely. We closed on the second offer we made with Alexis (we likely could have closed on the first but ultimately did not love it enough to go higher than the original offer.) We can say without a doubt that Alexis is the cream of the crop. We were originally matched with another agent via Zillow who we actually had made two offers with (both lost), but we did not find him to be too attentive or sharp. My parents had been looking for homes with Alexis and upon introducing us to her, we knew we needed to make the immediate switch to Alexis. Anyone working with Alexis is in amazing hands.

I'm an out of State buyer on behalf of my daughter who lives in Portland. They saw a house, sent me some info, and I called a local Real Estate firm for information. I talked with Alexis who was highly informed. It was the last day for offers to be submitted, and she arranged extra time so my daughters could view the property, one being an architect and builder. They recognized the quality of an earlier remodel and upgraded design. Alexis got detailed info from sellers on the property and a previous buyer default. Alexis also advised me how to do a 1031 exchange with the purchase preceding sale of an existing property. That was enough to allow to allow me to submit a non-contingent cash offer. I never left my chair. My daughter lives there now, is very happy, and the house proved to be an excellent purchase. Alexis combines professional knowledge with a sense of what a buyer wants and needs personally, and she was able to advise me on many complexities. She also offered a market analysis at no cost since she thought it was necessary for her to give her best advice. I also noticed she built rapport with the selling agent so that all things ran smoothly. Reaching her was random, but she proved to be the best choice I could have made.
