Michelle is the very best at every aspect of what she does. My partner and I started out very wary of looking for a home in Bellingham, because so many of our friends had sad and dramatic stories about their home-buying woes. But we were consistently surprised and delighted with how easy everything was for us. Part of that is due to dumb luck, but most of it is due to working with Michelle. Michelle supported us in every way imaginable: she took time to get to know us and to prepare us for the realities of the market, she sprang into action immediately when we found exactly what we wanted, she helped us find reliable and trustworthy professionals to help us along the way, she helped us negotiate our way through any rough patches with total cool and calm. In short, she was always there when we needed her to share her expertise and her kindness. We never had any doubt that Michelle was completely invested in our best interests or that she was far and beyond the best person to work with. Plus, it was always fun to hear so many people in the real estate community (our loan officer, title officer, home inspector, etc) sing Michelle's praises to us; we were and always will be delighted to sing along!
