I thoroughly enjoyed selling experience. I decided to sell my home just as the initial stay-home order was initiated. Michelle was confident my home will sell and truly helped me establish a fair market price for my home. She provided good ideas for presenting my home and provided new virtual tools to best show my home to buyers during this difficult time. The one thing that stood out in the experience had to do with Michelle's integrity by offering sound advise that did not benefit her in any way. She asked me to consider leasing my home rather than selling due to the uncertainty of the market . She was willing to give up a possible listing in order for me to make my best decision. At that point, I knew I wanted to work with Michelle and she did a wonderful job selling and coaching me through the offers.

Ill be honest: my husband and I were probably not the easiest clients to work with on our recent house purchase in Bellingham. We had very high standards for quality and a fairly specific set of criteria that we wanted in our new home, but we were unwilling to overpay or get into a bidding war. And of course we were looking in the middle of the pandemic, in just about the hottest market that the region has ever experienced. Yet this didnt phase Michelle Harrington. Instead, she showed us nothing but patience, understanding, rock-solid advice, and great professional respect...even as we viewed hundreds of properties online and toured more than 25 homes in person and another 15-20 via video chat (we were living 2.5 hours away). Throughout this whole process, Michelle was a real pleasure to work with and someone whom I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a home in the greater Bellingham area. Her local knowledge is exceptional, and she has a keen eye for quality and detail. In the end, we found a wonderful house in the perfect neighborhood, and despite the real estate craziness we got it for a fair price. We will definitely work with Michelle again, and we cannot say enough great things about her and her unmatched work ethic.
