We have had Michelle list and sell two homes for us. Both sales were at full price, which is a testament to both her ability to recommend a realistic selling price as well as her salesmanship. In one instance, we were not in the local area and asked her to handle the sale of a condo rental property. She went way beyond what would have been expected of her, handling the cleanup of the property, repairs and renovations to get the condo into selling condition. I have had previous experiences with realtors in similar circumstances and have not had someone take on this kind of ancillary support, and was thrilled that Michelle was eager to do everything necessary to support her client. In the sale of a primary residence, she was superb in her negotiations with a prospective buyer and her recommendations to list the property helped bring in an offer quickly and at full price. agoNEWWe recently listed the highest priced condo in Bellingham and Michelle jumped on board without hesitation. She did not have much time as we moved up the listing date by 3 weeks but you would never know it. Michelle had the best of the best marketing team out within days photographing our home and putting together a gorgeous marketing presentation. Our plan was to be on the market 7-10 days but I changed that last minute and Michelle rose to the occasion again with the most professional attitude. We agreed, no open houses and only pre approved buyers and within 4-5 days we had multiple offers and sold over asking. She was available to us 24/7 and is a wonderful communicator. In addition to selling our condo she also was instrumental in purchasing some land where we will be building. There is no doubt we will use Michelle for future purchases.
