We first met Jessie as a neighbor in our condo neighborhood. We were impressed when observing how she handled clients that we knew and the way she attracted buyers. When we were ready to look for a condo in another area, we asked Jessie to assist us. Though we found the location, even the building we wanted, the search didn't yield a complete match. Because of Jessie's proactive strategy of sending a letter to owners in our preferred building indicating our interest, several months later an owner was ready to sell and called Jessie. Jessie called us immediately. We toured the unit, made and offer and had it accepted all in one day. After that, Jessie took over as a "case manager". She created a calendar of events that kept us attentive to details, provided a list of mortgage brokers for financing, and maintained open communication between us and the seller. She also has an amazing knowledge of available services anyone would want when buying a new home. We are "Over the Moon".
