Jessie really got us going. She brought incredible energy, a deep knowledge of the process, the expertise and resources of her office, and a willingness to give this project whatever it took to make it succeed. Her initial advice on how to clean and represent the house was excellent. She gave us access to the cleaning and minor carpentry help we needed. She is well known and liked by many of the important business associates on Camano Island. And she brought in a photographer who helped make the place look great in the marketing materials. Jessie gave us a lot of confidence in her approach from setting the asking price to some of the other issues that may get raised in a competitive market. While these were our decisions to make, she was a thoughtful adviser, offering alternative views and her own opinion. As we maneuvered the final hours of the sale itself, Jessie was a terrific partner to us, representing our interests while engaging the other parties in negotiations. And in the end, the price and terms we settled on happily exceeded our expectations. Beyond taking such great care of a complex process, and making sure we were doing our part, Jessie was a wonderful person to work with. She always does what she's agreed to. She selflessly gives whatever time the work requires. She is full of energy and always fun to be with.
