I've learned that choosing a real estate agent is the single most important thing you will do when buying or selling a home. It took us 5 years to decide we were ready, and I feel like we struck GOLD with Debbie.I cannot keep track of the "things" that Debbie and her team did for us from start to finish. The expertise and knowledge she holds is completely invaluable. She was responsive and attentive to us, nearly around the clock. We were always AHEAD of schedule with timing, documents, and she was constantly preparing us for what to expect next with anything that needed to be done from signings, repairs, responses, research, etc. Choosing a realtor was incredibly difficult for me because I know so many wonderful ones, including family and close friends. At the end of the day, I am so grateful I went with my decision to use Debbie because I truly don't think she could have made anything easier on either transaction (buying and selling). I think I could write a novel of every last detail, but she helped us buy/close within 28 days including a very in-depth inspection period with multiple contractor site visits. She also listed, showed, sold, and closed our old home in exactly 21 weeks. The market is hot, but Debbie is nothing but a top professional. I cannot recommend her enough!

Let's be honest, when it comes to choosing a realtor you want someone who will be aggressive, is experienced and knows his or her stuff, and someone who will seal the deal. Debbie was exactly what we wanted and she delivered in every area. Yes she's nice and pleasant to work with, but honestly, I wasn't as concerned with that as I was with what she was going to do for us. From the minute we contacted her I knew she was going to be responsive and do what it takes to make sure we got the house we wanted. And where her skills especially shined through was during the closing. She made sure the seller came through with everything listed on the inspection and was thorough when it came the closing process. I will always use Debbie for my realtor needs and have recommended her to several other people.
