First, let me say, I am an extremely picky person. I had to warn Kathy upon our meeting because I wanted her to know what she was getting into! =) As a first time home buyer, Kathy was definitely patient and knowledgeable about the home buying process with me. I had a million questions about everything and she answered all of them. When it came to any paperwork I had to review or sign, she took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. When I wanted to see a listing, she made it happen when it was most convenient to me. During the closing of my home, she immediately noticed errors on my Hud 1 and was already contacting my lender and the escrow team to have them corrected as the representative was going over the documents. Kathy is definitely an attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to work with realtor. My experience with her was amazing and I would definitely recommend and use her again!
