I met Sheri first at an open house and then a few weeks later as the representative for a new home development. At that point I had been considering using Redfin (since they had just sold my previous home), but I was so impressed with Sheri that I quickly changed my mind. Even though I know she was representing the builder, I still felt that she had my best interests in mind. She kept me well informed and gave me the data I needed to put together an aggressive/fair offer that was accepted by the builder. Sheri was always so responsive that I felt as though I was her only client even though I know that was not the case. Her responsiveness continued even after closing - she continued to remind me of important dates (such as the new home warranty review) and was quick to answer additional inquiries that I had. It is easy to recommend Sheri to anyone looking for a new agent. I love my home, but if I ever need a change, I would contact Sheri again.
