Maria Danieli is a wonderful and extremely talented agent and will get the job done for you! In January 2017, Maria sold our large Country Estate, 9100 sqf home on 8.5 acres, within The Uplands of Snoqualmie Valley development in North Bend, Washington. In 2015 she sold our separate Equestrian facility that included a 4 stall barn, tack room, enclosed riding arena, etc. on 4.5 acres, also within The Uplands of Snoqualmie Valley. Maria is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. She was up front and honest about what we needed to do as sellers to get top dollar for our large, unique, and custom home. She had exceptional photos, video, and a brochure done on our home. Maria and her team are extremely experienced about all aspects of selling and buying a home or equestrian property. I highly recommend Maria Danieli, she is an exceptional agent!

I first contacted Maria in January 2016 as a potential listing agent for my property, a large parcel (R10) in Issaquah. She gave me some ideas in terms of pricing, etc.In July 2017 it was finally ready to list, and by then I'd spoken to quite a few agents but I felt that Maria was likely the best choice. I felt that she'd be able to get the best price.Maria had to do more work to sell my property than others because it was an expensive transaction and there were not a lot of buyers for my unique, large piece of land. Fortunately Maria has a lot of experience and this was evidenced by the fact that when I did have potential buyers, she was very keen at knowing how to deal with them. I don't think many agents have her skill when it comes to working with potential buyers. I am grateful for the way she dealt with every lead we had.Eventually we had a good offer, and there were some challenges that came up which had nothing to do with her -- just dealing with lenders and other parties involved. She handled everything like a professional.I felt that I didn't get enough open houses; but that was her call and, in the end, we closed on the property with a good price. I was very happy overall. Maria is also aggressive in tone when it matters. I respect that. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't make a different choice. Maria Daniel is highly recommended.
