Mr. Bjorklund made himself readily available after my telephone call from out of state, when I asked him about one of his listings that I found online. We moved toward other listings, and when we found our desired house, Mr. Bjorklund jumped right in to help us with our due diligence process. He helped us as we prepared our offer, selected and dealt with the inspection, and selected our title and lending companies to get the deal underway.And then we met him in person. THAT was the kicker, in that we were able to start, and process, the business relationship based on our telephone conversations with each other. He conveyed enough interest and expertise, and received it from us, to create a good business relationship for this deal. The deal ended up having some challenges, and Mr. Bjorklund stuck close and smoothed many of the bumps of the process, allowing us to close as planned.
