Randy was a huge help in selling our house. From the big picture of regional trends to the details of the market on our particular street, Randy's knowledge was a vital resource for us. Randy was spot on in his advice for the timing and pricing of our listing, and he did an amazing job marketing the house. The pictures and video were stunning (including footage from a drone). When I saw the marketing I actually had second thoughts about selling the house because it looked so good. In negotiating with the buyer, Randy knew the buyer's agent well, and was able to work with him to find a fair compromise where things could have easily fallen apart in the hands of a less skilled negotiator.
