I found Geordie to be an invaluable asset in the purchase of my new home near Lake Wenatchee. Coming from Seattle, I needed someone who not only knew the local market inside and out, but the underlying forces that drive it, including location, climate, accessibility, and the structure of the property itself. Geordie delivered on all the above. I never found him to be the least bit pushy or salesy. On the contrary, he consistently provided a candid, unvarnished point-of-view and I never felt like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Finally, being extremely busy, I appreciated that Geordie proactively kept an eye on all the various stakeholders during the closing process and ensured nothing fell through the cracks - I closed on time with only one minor issue that, again, would have otherwise been missed but Geordie caught and got straightened out for me. Its a bit of wild market right now, especially in the Leavenworth area, but Geordies guidance gave me confidence that I was making sound decisions throughout my transaction. I will certainly use Geordie again should I ever need a realtor in the area going forward.
