June 2023 I carefully interviewed a few agents including an agent with discounted commission. I eventually decided to work with Miao due to 3 reasons.A 1. He is very responsive. A 2. He has a decent amount of local experience and has completed a good number of transactions.A 3. A His personality seems to fit well with mine. Easy to communicate.A In July Miao started to arrange the makeover of my house for listing. The suggestions he made to spend money on all aligned with my initial ideas. His team did aA great job and at a cost I feel comfortable. He continued to be very responsive and managed everything well. He also offered some flexibility to suit my situation. A All was completedA within the timeline.A He did some extra leg work for me knowingA I am not local and needed help such as returning material to stores.A On August 2023 my houseA was listed. This is the first time for us (husband and wife) buy a property in US. We feel extremely lucky to have Miao work with us. Miao is so smart, patient, professional, responsive, capable and reliable. As a new investor/buyer, we had tons of questions, concerns and needs. Miao played a role like an excellent one-stop shop and answered our good and bad questions timely. Its not easy, because we had a huge time difference (15 hours) between us. Miao worked so hard and was energetic indeed. Also, Miao was good at communication and always put himself into our shoes. As a result, we got a very competitive price, saved a lot of money and time, had a very smooth closing, and even delegated him to do the induction, inspection and etc. for us (trust him so much!). He did a great job, found a couple of material issues and fixed them with the builder efficiently. Last but not least, Miao recommended a super good property manager to us, so that the house was rented out very quickly. Miao used to be an agent we randomly picked up from Zillow, but now he became a very close friend and a professional consultant for us. We highly recommend Miao; he is the best (not one of the best) agent weve ever worked with in the world. Two-thumb-up!!!
