We planned to sell our rental home in Sacramento and needed to have a great Realtor who would have integrity, experience and an intimate understanding of the area. We read bios, looked on the popular real estate sites and read all the feedback we could find. Ultimately, Tinas ongoing involvement and accolades she earned as a Realtor showed us that she had the passion we were looking for. Tina asked the right questions to help narrow down the vast array of options open to us. However, when it really paid to have a great realtor is when we started the selling process. Tinas negotiation skills and immense knowledge as well as a vast network of resources saved the day. Her knowledge of the area and the going rates allowed us to go in with a fair selling price.
