Megan was highly recommended to us by friends that used her to sell & buy early last year. She exceeded our expectations!We were slow to get our house on the market after our first meeting with Megan, but there was absolutely no pressure; once we were finally ready, Megan was on it!Our house was on the market for just a few days and we sold it for over our asking price. Even when our first buyer's loan fell through, Megan was quick to contact our back-up buyers and get the ball rolling (again).When we closed on the house, my husband and I were already at our new home in Arizona; Megan coordinated with the title company so that we were able to close on our Washington home while at our new home in Arizona.Her marketing analysis, preparation recommendations, and negotiating skills were amazing. She patiently waited one step ahead of us the entire way! We also appreciated her promptness and availability. We NEVER had and issue getting in contact with her. She was always available to answer questions and address any concerns.
