Being military and relocating cross country, Jim was the very first realtor I contacted, and somehow I lucked into finding the best! Being a first time home buyer, Jim was very patient with my wife and I, and our multitude of questions. Hed go out of his way to look at properties for us and line us up with local contacts. His background not only in the area and the Navy, but running a service company, truly helped ensure we not only found the home we were looking for, but in great material shape. He went WELL out of his way, at ALL hours of the day, to work through anything we encountered, to include taking great care of us dealing with the sellers agent.
