We have just closed our escrow on our new home, and we have had the luck to work with Damian Pro. Our good friend referred us to him, and he was just the perfect fit for us! He was thorough and efficient throughout the whole process. Damian was extremely generous with his time, and we appreciated it very much because being first home buyers we had so many doubts and concerns while choosing our new home. He carefully went through every detail (regarding building materials and systems - we were unfamiliar with many of them; he brought the construction company guys to make estimate to fix some minor problem), and he answered our many questions. Besides, he was able to set the price that we wanted during the negotiation even though the seller was very strict about it. What I'd like to note is Damian's professional, friendly, and gentle manner, so we never felt any pressure in taking decisions. We are very happy with our new home and with our agent! We will highly recommend him to everybody who values professionalism, honesty, and standing for client's interests.
