I was a foreign seller (Canadian ) that owned my beachfront house for 10 years . When I decided to list my Daughter and son inlaw had used Jacson and found him very professional and understood the market. After interveiwing Jacson I found this to be true and I gave him the listing. This was the start of a very good experiance . Jacson went above and beyond as I was out of the county and our Boarders were closed ( Covid )to none essential travel Jacson did everything from getting the Roofing contractor to the painting contractor and everything inbetween .He was my guy on the ground . The property didn't even make it to MLS it was sold for above asking. Jacson proceeded to make the closing seemless everything was done over the computor . I have bought and sold a lot of property in both countries and never had a Agent go the extra miles that Jacson did. I would not hesitate recommending Jacson and he is worth every penny I paid him . Thank you Jacson . Hope we can do it again some day .

Brandon Nelson Partners set us up with Jacson in Apr 2017 in anticipation of our move to Bellingham, WA in July 2017. We faced an incredibly competitive market -- decent houses only stayed on the market an average of 2-3 days. In the two months leading up to our Bellingham visit, Jacson sent us over 30 property possibilities, working with us to identify our needs, wants, and can-live-withouts. All the while, Jacson was extremely responsive and upbeat that we would find the perfect home. We visited Bellingham with just 5 days to tour homes, select our favorite(s), and put in an offer. If Jacson had anything else that mattered in his life during our visit, you wouldn't have known it. He was right there with us at all hours of day and night -- phone, text, email, and of course in person. Most importantly, when it came time to put in our offer, Jacson helped us identify every possible avenue that could strengthen our offer. All the while, Jacson was never pushy; he was very receptive to our concerns and offered suggestions when appropriate. On closing day, I appreciated that Jacson (and our awesome lending agent) made a point to show up, congratulate us, and offer a few celebratory gifts. We were in great hands with Jacson and remain very appreciative of all his help in finding the home we love.
