If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about your needs and will consistently go above and beyond, look no further than Tin Phan. We are first time homeowners who also live out of state, so we had no way of viewing the homes in person. Tin always sent us relevant listings for us to look at, and catered his searches to our sometimes very specific requirements. When he found us the perfect home, he gave us a virtual showing through video. We then quickly made an offer. With his advice, we were able to craft the best offer possible, which was accepted. He knew the value of the home, so we were not afraid of increasing our initial offer because we knew that we would still be getting a great deal. Even our loan officer was very impressed! We met for the first time at our new home where he gave us the keys. He is kind, professional, genuine, and very funny. He started out as just an agent, but now he is basically a part of our family!
