Here are Felix's qualities that, in my opinion, make him an excellent realtor: 1. He is punctual, considering traffic conditions. 2. He is thorough with contracts, especially in regards to drafting agreements involving tenants who cannot move out on closing date. 3. He understands that buying a property is a complex juggling act of balancing all the pros and cons of a property. So he always encourage me to carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages of a property. 4. He is experienced in impartial evaluation of properties, including HOAs. 5. He is patient with property viewing, with no rush to expedite it. 6. He gives timely and genuine responses. 7. He answers all questions. 7. He has a warm personality. 8. He is attentive to what my needs, such as suggesting where to park, guest parking availability, the age of appliances, what to replace or not, etc. 9. He remembers my property preferences. 10. He follows through with his promises. Just to show how I value Felix's qualities as a realtor, I am still working with him on another property.
