A friend recommended Felix to me and Im very glad I went with him. He made the whole process seamless for me even with me being out of state for most of it. I met with him once and left a key with him and he took care of staging, professional pictures, pre-inspection and listing the house all in less than 5 days while starting the process on a Friday. I really didnt expect him to have the house ready the next week but he did.With all that said, I think the best part of having Felix on your side is for his negotiating skills when it comes to receiving/reviewing offers. We had one offer within 24 hours and he was able to get above asking price (and above the price I was hoping to get) while waiving pretty much all contingencies and a non-refundable earnest money deposit. It took a lot of back and forth with the buyers agent but he was able to get the offer to a place where I felt confident accepting it. All of this with only a single offer on the house.
