Brad was extremely responsive to any request that I had. He was very quick to alert me to any new houses that had been put on the market or to respond to any questions that I had (This was my first house buying experience, so I had a lot of them). Brad was very patient with me, and good about showing me any house that I wanted to see in a timely manner. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy about getting a sale, but instead he seemed to honestly desire to find the right house for my needs and in my price range. Brad was not only helpful when it came to finding the right house, but he was also very informative during the closing period. He helped me through the complete transaction as well as setting up my house with utilities and such. I will definitely talk to Brad for any future real estate needs and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
