Moving out of state can be stressful when you also have to sell your house, especially after you have already moved! We hired Kellie Batali to sell our Issaquah house after considering other local agents, feeling very comfortable that she could take care of everything after we left. And she did. We also had a project needing to be finished at the house after moving, and she stepped in and became the lead on getting that project to the finish line. She had the house staged beautifully, all the marketing was spot on including timing of listing the home and offer review date. We received several offers and the house sold for way above list price. So happy with her real estate services, and as the local real estate expert in the Mirrormont/Tiger Mountain area, she was far and above the best choice.

Kellie was fantastic! We love the area but have been looking for a place with a little more usable land. We started by looking at raw land but quickly realized we'd probably be better off finding a fixer-upper that met our needs. Kellie helped us understand these trade offs and after a few weeks of monitoring the market we found exactly what we were looking for but it was priced pretty well and I knew we would need to submit a savvy offer to win. Kellie's experience and deep familiarity with this area paid off big time.
