A consummate professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and responsive. Ida Bear earns every one of those 5-star ratings. She was so pleasant and chilled to work with, yet when it came time to bid she smoothly moved into no-nonsense high gear to get us the house. We had very specific criteria and in a narrow price range, so expected to take a long time finding The One. She immediately acquainted us with historical and current data on inventory, prices, time on the market, etc -- even in our first sit-down -- which helped to manage our expectations and keep our cool.
