Brian guided me through my first home purchase and made it an easier experience than I had imagined. He was very communicative and readily available throughout the entire process. I always felt like Brian had a genuine interest in finding the best condo for me. He made an effort to get to know me and dig into what I wanted for my first purchase. He provided his wealth of knowledge and insight when we looked at potential homes, being critical when he spotted issues and educating me on why I should or shouldn't consider certain properties. When we made an offer on the condo I ended up purchasing, he was able to lower the price and then structure the deal to our liking. Brian then surprised me with moving boxes and packing tape (which ended up being a lifesaver) and a bunch of other gifts that were very much appreciated. He showed that he cares about his clients and wants the best for them. My first home purchase process was a great experience because of Brian, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
