I can't say enough good things about Nancy Wynia. Nancy spent an unbelievable amount of time showing us neighborhoods and homes when we first considered moving into the Spokane area. Nancy and her daughter Kathleen took the time to fully understand what we were looking for, reviewing properties on a large screen and mapping out each day's search. I could stop there and still give Nancy high reviews, but what really shined about Nancy was the service she provided after the purchase. Since our prior residence was some 6 hours away, we were dependent on Nancy to help navigate everything from the inspection and appraisal, to negotiations with the seller on existing furniture, to various tradespeople to assist in getting the home ready for our occupancy. In addition, Nancy generously had the rugs steam cleaned at her own expense and paid for a number of initial service calls making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the property and the service. Should we ever decide to sell or upgrade to a new home, Nancy will continue to be our realtor of choice.

Working with Nancy Wynia to sell our home was a wonderful experience for us.Nancy is an excellent communicator and provided ongoing support. Nancy helped us with the staging our home, initiated our windows being washed, repairs done, carpet cleaning and the final cleaning before the new owners moved in.Nancy let us know ahead of time when we had a showing. She turned on all the lights and even helped us put our pups in the laundry room. She let them out and turned off all the lights when they were finished. She followed up with us to let us know how each showing went.She followed through with all tasks until everything was finalized. Nancy has excellent marketing skills, the utmost integrity and is extremely honest!Nancy's professionalism and drive to make things happen were second to none.Overall, our experience with Nancy Wynia was superb!!
