Bethanie Ferrando is a life saver. She helped my wife and I buy our first home. She catered to us in any way we needed, changed her schedule to make our schedules match up with hers, and went WAY above and beyond in helping us make this house our home. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and helped us every step of the way and explained everything to us in a way we understood EXACTLY what was being done and what needed to be done. She is a VERY good negotiator. She got us the exact home we wanted and kept it in the range we told her we could afford. She was always there for us when we needed any questions answered, frequently checked in on us through the process to see how things were going helping us stay on schedule so we could close on time. Honestly, I don't believe we could of hired a more educated, driven, motivated, and kind realtor to help us with our purchase.
