I know it is a sellers market, and almost everyone is able to get higher than the list price, but David proved his value both in the marketing and sale, and (very importantly) during the escrow period.Davids information gathering and marketing process is first-rate. He brought us extensive information and personal knowledge of the market, informing our decision to pick an appealing list price and generate massive buyer interest. We expected to exceed the list price, but we were amazed to exceed it by over $300k!I have bought and sold a few times now, and the escrow period is most critical time to have a solid realtor, in my opinion. As inspections came through and disclosures were finalized, David helped us to navigate and close escrow, providing guidance and assurance when it felt like everything might fall apart at any moment.
