Lynn is awesome! We decided to sell our house in Poulsbo and relocate to the Tri-Cities and our Windermere agents referred us to Lynn. We went on a scouting mission ourselves to get an idea of the area, and we consulted with Lynn and gave her the specifics of what we were looking for in a house with regards to size, neighborhood and price. She set us up with her Collaboration Center which gave us a list of houses within our parameters, and gave us push notifications whenever a new house was listed, had a price or status change, which was very helpful.Lynn is very responsive and available by phone, text or email. We did one virtual tour on a house we were interested in, which saved us a trip over the pass.When our Poulsbo house went under contract, we drove back over and identified the houses we wanted to see in person. Lynn set up all the tours and we ultimately found our new house in Richland. We literally wrote out our earnest money check on the hood of our car and Lynn went to work. Later that afternoon while sitting in our hotel room we got the good news that our offer was accepted.Not only was the process about as easy as it could be, Lynn has gone above and beyond to help us coordinate with contractors to have work done in the time before we arrive.We trusted Lynns knowledge of the local area, and she was very helpful while allowing us to make our own home-buying decision without any pressure. She is resourceful and has provided us with recommendations and referrals once we arrive in our new town. Not only that, but Lynn is fun! We would definitely recommend Lynn to anyone who asks, and would work with her again in the future.
