Shawn , I am from out of state exploring areas to live. We connected through a listing that was already in contract and we talked about my needs and current situation. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and having grown up in and around Coeur d Alene he certainly knows the area and market. He took the time to meet and connected me into the Listing Updates and search platform flexmis which is fantastic. I was directed to specific areas and told about access and roads, new construction and established areas. I like him on a personal level and we talked about other interests and recreational opportunities for area residents. I want to point out that he offered on several occasions to take me to tour properties I was interested in but I was just window shopping on this trip. Lastly I was up there scouting for fish and by myself. When I got out of the mountains he had wished me a happy 4th of July that was a nice personal touch and appreciated.
