Pamela has been my go-to for both buying and selling in extremely competitive housing markets in the Magnolia neighborhood. Originally I began working with her as a first time buyer and she went above and beyond my expectations. She guided my husband and I into our first home and educated us on how to quickly realize equity. She kept us grounded while working with a frustrating seller and helped us keep our eyes on the prize of realizing the dream of home ownership. What I love about Pamela is her no nonsense ability to drive the process. She was a coach and always made it clear to us how to quickly navigate the process. After we purchased the home, she made multiple visits to instruct us on the best ROI for home improvements. She had a keen eye to ensure we were spending our time on upgrades that would truly benefit if we were to sell the home.
