I met Pamela through my aunt, who used Pamela's incredible skills to sell her last house. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea about the process of buying a house. Pamela invited me to her office and went over the entire process in as much detail as possible. Pamela's passion for real estate is very apparent. She helped me with my house search for more than a year, guided me through the offer process, called out overpriced houses, educated me about hot areas and much more. She could look at the property and estimate its worth. Pamela is full of resources; she had the inspection and other little estimates always ready, including contact information for every person of interest - from something as minor as a sewer scope to an entire basement remodel. I want to mention that I never had to re-schedule a house tour; Pamela would always find time to work around my schedule. Pamela went above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need.
