I contacted Keri Cole on the Friday after Thanksgiving to ask if we could see a property. To my happy surprise I immediately heard back and Keri was able to arrange for us to see the house while we were visiting the area over the holiday weekend. We were impressed with Keri's professionalism and friendliness and decided to work with her. Over the next 3 months Keri showed us a variety of properties and answered many questions quickly and thoroughly. She helped us find the perfect village home! She negotiated very well on our behalf and was in regular contact with us throughout the process. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Keri. She knows the area, the industry and she was helpful sharing information only a local would know. We will definitely work with Keri again and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Keri has a unique perspective that enables her to effectively represent both second home owners and full time residents. Like me, she moved here six years ago, and, unlike me, she ran a successful business in town and became very involved in community affairs. She's got a thoughtful outside perspective from working other cities AND great inside knowledge and contacts in this little town. What that meant for me as buyer was she was not only patient with me as I worked through exactly where I wanted to be and whether I should build, buy and remodel or just buy, -- she was also helpful in helping me think those things through. Then she was on top of what was happening in the market, so when a house I had never considered was reduced and came into my price range, I was able to act fast and get a terrific deal. Before closing, she helped me find contractors who were terrific, and helped me update the place in style and under budget. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, well versed in what she's doing, and a pleasure to work with (and even tolerates those of us who end sentences in prepositions). Work with her if you can!
