As you can see, I've given Jay a 5 star rating in all categories. That is because I feel he is deserving of these. When we were first considering putting our house up for sale, we called who we knew had the "best reputation" in town, and all that had been said about him was correct. Jay came to our house completely prepared with all the proper paperwork in hand. He sat with us and explained everything there was to putting your house up for sale. He answered all our many questions, and there were many, but, he remained calm, cool and collected throughout this whole "interview". Jay made us feel very at ease about the process and after discussing this with my husband, we called Jay and told him to put the house up for sale. The house sold in 65 days and we were thrilled. We would highly recommend Jay Cannone to sell your home. Everything we asked of Jay, he did. (i.e. put on booties on rainy, messy days, inform agents to turn off all lights when leaving, have them leave a card after showing the house and that we wanted Jay to call us with any information that the agents that showed the house had to say. He lived up to all our expectations and we would highly recommend him if you are looking for an agent to market your home and get the job done!!!
