Rose was a dual agent on my purchase of a property in Old Lyme CT in 2012. I found her easy to talk to and she is a good listener, who will respond with helpful suggestions. She has a good understanding of the housing market and what is a value and what is not. She also gave me helpful suggestions on improving the property I was going to purchase. She can also help with suggestions on improving the appeal of what you want to sell. I also used Rose to rent the property that I had purchased, and she found good tenants and provided documentation to protect my interest. Later I Rose was my agent on an offer to buy additional properties. The sale did not go through because the seller maintained a higher price than I or Rose thought it was worth. She did not try to convince me that it was worth the higher price. That is someone who looks out for their customer.
