Linda is an excellent realtor and wonderful person- she was and still is, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. We were new to the North Shore and she took us on a comprehensive tour of the towns we were interested in. She described in detail the different neighborhoods within specific towns and helped us narrow our search down, making the whole process much less daunting. She answered calls at all hours of the night and day and helped us navigate the entire home buying process, working closely with the seller's agent and attorney to make the transaction as smooth as possible. She grew up in the area and still lives there with her family, giving her a broad knowledge base of not only the real estate market, but local vendors and community programs. I would recommend to Linda Power to anyone looking to buy or sell in the North Shore.

Linda helped us sell our home and also helped us purchase a new home in another town. I found her to be very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. When we started the process of of selling our home she was up front on what we needed to do, ensured we were on board with the timing and also brought in colleagues to help price our home to ensure we listed it for the right price. She also provided us with a very detailed portfolio of similar properties/ comps of homes in the area as well as trends/historical data. She was always available when we needed her, extremely flexible with her time and did a great job working with the buyers agent to ensure everything ran smoothly.She was also very helpful during our new home search. She was always sending me new listings and was very diligent in the search. She would also provide her POV on the properties on why she thought they were worth seeing (or not). I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for an experienced, professional realtor. She knows the area and is an asset to have on your side when making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
