My husband and I worked with Chris during the spring of 2017 to purchase our first home. Chris made the process incredibly seamless - even for first time home buyers. Specific areas where Chris really stood out for us included:- Incredibly proactive and responsive. Chris was constantly looking at listings, checking out properties, and providing us with real time information so we could move as quickly as possible in what is a very competitive market.- Detail oriented. Every weekend Chris provided tons of detail about each property we planned to visit, including comps in the neighborhood, information about commute times to our respective offices, and other very useful information. Additionally, Chris had extensive knowledge of the greater Boston area - which was very helpful since we were unsure of exactly what neighborhood we wanted to search.- Unbiased. Chris never pushed us - whether that was pushing us to like specific properties in a certain area or around what value to make an offer on a house - Chris clearly worked for us and had our back every step of the way.- Fun to work with! We spent every weekend together for 2-3 months and Chris made the whole experience fun.
