When it comes to buying or selling real estate in the Berkshires, Jared Kelly is nothing short of a singularly indispensible resource. My wife and I met Jared over a year ago when we were in the midst of our search for a house in the Southern Berkshires. While we had met a number of brokers along the way prior to Jared, Jared stood out immediately as being extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, honest/trustworthy and easy to work with. While Jared always did what he could to keep us informed about the market and new listings during the year + of our search, he never once tried to pressure us or convince us to lower our expectations so that he could simply close a deal and move on. We felt guided and protected throughout the entire process and when we finally made an offer and engaged in a transaction, Jared was always available and responsive when we had questions or needed advice or recommendations to trusted providers. He is also quite detail oriented and strategic, which we found to be invaluable throughout the process. In short, Jared made what could have (and likely should have) been a very stressful endeavor into a process where we felt enlightened and taken care of at all times. I could not recommend him and his services more highly.

For anyone looking in Southern Berkshire County, I would highly recommend Jared Kelly and his team at William Pitt Southeby's Realty. Jared was the consummate professional throughout all of our interactions -- thorough, detail-oriented, reliable and responsive, but more than that, Jared looks out for his clients and conducts his business in an extremely honest way. I always felt that Jared was more concerned with helping me to find a place that would make me happy rather than trying to get me to buy something for the sake of the commission. Jared's knowledge of the area is excellent, and he is also always willing to look into things further or to ask questions when he doesn't know the answer about something. As a first-time home buyer, it really put me at ease to work with Jared.Jared's guidance and expertise helped me to explore options that I would not have even considered when I first started my search. Jared and his team worked with me over the course of several months to show me more than 20 properties in Becket, Lenox, Stockbridge, West Stockbridge, Lee, Sheffield, Egremont and Great Barrington. I can say with certainty that I would not have gotten the house that I did at the price that I did without Jared's devotion to his job. Jared went into the office late one night the week between Christmas and New Year's to work on and submit an offer for me so that it would be the first one seen. I feel fortunate to have worked with Jared and his team, and I would absolutely work with them again for any other real estate transactions in the area.
